Spent WAY TOO MUCH on costume parts, but its gonna be AWESOME.
Boots and duster not pictured, but also acquired.
I might even wear it to !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! when it comes out in February.

Fantastic!
I’m actually scared shitless about the movie. I want to see what I have read, but I know that’s not to be. I just hope it’s good, whatever they come up with.

I was apprehensive at first, but after finding out its more of a second run at the story (and things have changed like they changed at the end of the books) than a telling of the original, I became optimistic.
Then there’s the TV series in the works, and that makes me even MORE happy.
I’m just glad its making it to film, so long as it doesn’t take anything away from the books, as other adaptations have done.

Agreed. I’m particularly excited about the TV series, which is supposed to be a pretty faithful adaption of Wizard & Glass.

When I got into the series I started with The Wastelands, so I’m kinda partial to it.
I wasn’t a big fan of Roland’s whole upbringing backstory... which is probably why I gave up on the comics :/
